Westminster, MD, June 1, 2026 – Carroll County Economic Development is excited to announce the return of the 2026 Carroll County Agritourism Passport starting June 1st! Join the fun and adventure with new locations and expanded features. Mark your calendars: the 2026 passport adventure launches June 1st and runs through October 31st!
This passport is your guide to discovering the best of Carroll County’s agritourism — from local farms and fresh foods to unforgettable seasonal experiences. Whether you’re a resident or a visitor, the passport encourages exploration, supports local farms, and highlights the rich agricultural heritage of the region. With more than 25 participating sites across the county, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
How it Works:
From June 1 through October 2026, guests are invited to visit participating Carroll County farms and agritourism destinations. At each stop, collect a stamp in your passport. Beginning June 1st, Passports are available at the following locations:
- Participating farm/agritourism sites (through the end of June)
- Carroll County Visitors Center at 500 S. Center Street, Westminster
- Carroll County Economic Development Office
New this year – we are offering a digital passport option through the Let’s Rallie app. This app is available through your app store on both android and iPhone. It is free to download and use for the Ag Passport. There are several self-serve farm/roadside stands that are ONLY available as digital passport exclusive locations. Visit! Stamp! Enjoy! Repeat! Earn a prize by collecting stamps from at least 5 locations, earn an additional prize with at least 10 locations, and in addition you’ll also be entered into a grand prize drawing!
Carroll County’s agritourism offerings include crop mazes, u-pick farms, farmers markets, hayrides, wineries, and more — a true celebration of rural charm and community spirit. “We recognize how vital our farms and agribusinesses are to Carroll County and deeply value the role they play in shaping our quality of life,” said Economic Development Director Denise Beaver. “This agritourism adventure passport is a fun and engaging way to spotlight some of the true treasures of our agricultural community. By encouraging residents and visitors to explore our countryside, we hope to boost visibility for local businesses and celebrate the rich agricultural heritage that makes our county unique.”
RETURN completed Passports to the Carroll County Visitors Center, 500 S. Center Street in Westminster. All eligible returned Passports (at least 10 stamps) will receive a participation prize. Completed Passports must be returned by November 16, 2026. Grand prize drawing in November.
