HW Dynamics expands into new space in Westminster

Westminster, MD, Monday, September 8, 2025 — HW Dynamics of Westminster is excited to announce its expansion into a larger industrial space on Green Street in Westminster. The company moved from a 300 square foot garage into 1,000 square feet of industrial real estate in August. The move allows for greater capacity and improved store front access for customers. The facility will include office, manufacturing, engineering and shipping/receiving operations. The move has quickly netted positive results and boosted sales for the company with two new customers. The business plans to add new jobs within the next year to meet the increased demand.

HW Dynamics was founded in 2022 in President James Lei’s garage. The company provides custom control panel solution for industries including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals and municipal water treatment with panels commonly integrating into robotic systems, material handling equipment and water treatment infrastructure.
