The Carroll County Business & Employment Resource Center (BERC) is the workforce arm of the Carroll County Department of Economic Development and provides comprehensive workforce development services, information and training resources for companies and citizens. Workforce development is the top economic development priority and retaining and attracting high quality employers while maintaining a highly skilled and trained labor pool are critical initiatives to success.
