Miller Resources for Entrepreneurs, a service of Carroll Community College, combines the small business services of the County into a single point of access for the entrepreneur and small business owner.
Miller’s expanded partnership with Carroll County Government and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) streamlines and enhances the services provided for small business development in the county. Through consultations, classes and events, Miller instructors and advisors develop strategies and provide support for business owners, connecting them with local, state and federal resources such as funding, technical support and industry specific expertise.
Miller offers:

- Free small business counseling through SBDC
- Special business events and networking opportunities
