It is the goal of the Carroll County Government to make starting your business venture as easy as possible while helping you comply with all applicable codes and regulations. To that end, we offer an opportunity for you to attend a short (15-30 minutes) pre-venture planning meeting with the County Bureau of Permits and Inspections in conjunction with the Carroll County Department of Economic Development.
