Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Celebration

Join us as we celebrate the grand re-opening of the Brass Hat Café at The Salvation Army. Ribbon cutting to take place at 3PM.
The Brass Hat Café is located adjacent to the Salvation Army Carroll County Service Center and serves free meals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 – 6:00pm. We also offer a food pantry from this location for those in need in our community.
