The Chamber’s Outstanding Teacher Awards program celebrates the exceptional men and women of the Carroll County Public School System who exemplify excellence in the teaching profession. Each year, the Chamber honors hundreds of teachers at this inspiring event, with eight educators selected to receive the prestigious Outstanding Teacher Award. These honorees then become nominees for Carroll County Teacher of the Year.

In addition, the Chamber presents three scholarships to teachers pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education or attending training programs that bring new skills and ideas back to the classroom.
