Gingerbread Village Festival

Please join Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. (HSP), for a fun and festive celebration to its Gingerbread Festival fundraiser. Tasty refreshments will be provided. So come out and mingle, as we jingle for the holidays! The Gingerbread Festival is HSP’s annual gingerbread house competition that builds sweet hope by raising important funds to support the fight to end poverty. This year, HSP’s 7th Annual Gingerbread Festival will be held from Friday, Nov. 26, through Wednesday, Dec. 1, at the Winchester Exchange Building.
