Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Celebration

Join us as we cut the ribbon for Live Hydration Spa Eldersburg! The event will run from 11AM – 1PM with the ribbon to be cut at 11:30! Come celebrate the opening of Live Hydration, and enjoy goodies from Stephanie’s AdoughABLE Cookies and The Sweet Home Bakery; as well as meet representatives from Elevate and Merritt Clubs!
