Carroll County Workforce Development is an American Job Center that administers the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in Carroll County and is dedicated to employment, training, and workforce development. It is an office of the Carroll County Department of Economic Development and part of the Carroll Workforce Development Board.
