Carroll Retail & Restaurant Relief

Carroll County Coronavirus Relief Fund Plan

Carroll Rebound II & Restaurant Relief

More than ever, Carroll County remains committed to supporting our small businesses, the backbone of our community. During the spring/summer, Carroll County provided nearly $900,000 in grants to 720 small businesses, sole proprietors and home-based businesses with local funding.

Carroll County secured additional grant money from the federal government through the Carroll County Coronavirus Relief Fund Plan (CRF Plan). Through the end of October, the county has supported small businesses, sole proprietors, farms, non-profits and local volunteer fire departments with pandemic recovery efforts using $8.2 million in federal, state and local dollars.

Recently, Governor Hogan announced the “Maryland Strong: Economic Recovery Initiative” and awarded Carroll County $1.2 million to provide additional direct relief to restaurants.
