Building Maryland’s Skilled, Safety-Conscious Manufacturing Workforce
The Maryland Manufacturing Skills for Success Boot Camp is designed to support both manufacturers and individuals entering the workforce throughout Carroll County. Over five days, participants are introduced to manufacturing fundamentals, workplace skills, and essential math and measurement concepts needed for success in the industry. The program also includes OSHA 10 General Industry safety training and certification, along with core manufacturing foundations that support safe, efficient operations.
Participants gain foundational knowledge in manufacturing processes, communication, math, measurement, quality, lean principles, and workplace professionalism — all while earning valuable industry-recognized credentials. This proven program provides:
