RFID Global Raises Capital
ELDERSBURG, Md.-- RFID Global Solution Inc.
has raised $1.9 million of a targeted
$2.5 million in mixed securities from nine investors, according to a filing with the SEC.
The company earlier raised about $3.3 million in equity and debt financing.
in the filing were President and CEO Diana S. Hage; Chairman David
Eagleson; founder Thomas M. Manzagol; and directors Scott Suko; Stephen
Jaeb, chairman, Franwell, Inc., Lakeland, Fla.; and Jonathan Wallace,
Aerospace Software Developments Limited.
Hage has been President and CEO of the company since 2002. Previously
she worked at IBM and ODIN Technologies. She serves on the board of
directors of the Strategic Security Alliance and SeaKay, a SmartGrid
RFID Global Solutions provides asset
visibility solutions for defense, commercial and government markets.
Founded in 2005, the company's management and team members come from
prominent names in the RFID industry including Motorola, Matrics, IBM,
Savi and Symbol Technologies.
